La Boulangerie artisanale la P'tite Cochonne est née de l'association de deux passionnés qui souhaitaient offrir à leur clientèle des produits boulangers sains, digestes et de grande qualité nutritionnelle. En opération aux Bergeronnes depuis 16 ans, la boulangerie est ouverte en saison estivale tous les jours de juin à la mi-octobre. Située entre la plage et la forêt, la boulangerie offre une jolie terrasse au soleil, en plus de ces délicieux produits, des fleurs et des oiseaux... La mission de l'entreprise est d'offrir des produits de fabrication artisanale issue de farine biologique des régions environnantes, sans produits chimiques, sans additifs ou améliorants. Tous les pains et les pâtisseries sont frais du jour et le service à la clientèle se veut bon enfant, chaleureux et familial. La boulangerie prépare sur place trois catégories de produits, soit : les pains : miche, fesse, baguette, fougasse, fougasse royale, pains de spécialité. Les viennoiseries : 6 sortes de brioches et le kouign-amann, un produit en constante demande! Les confiseries et les confitures : caramel, confitures de petits fruits nord-côtiers s'ajoutent en fonction de la capacité à les produire. Pour compléter cette offre, s'ajoutent plusieurs sortes de fromages fins et bios du Québec : brebis, chèvre, vache, crus ou pasteurisés et des yogourts de brebis.
